If you want a truly full-service Realtor you need to look no further than Ms. Montas. I called her about a listing she had, but unfortunately, it was sold. I told her briefly what I was looking for and a day later she sent me several options all meeting my parameters. I lived out of state so I had to fly in to see the property, she was always very accommodating to my schedule as if I was her only client. The sellers wanted to close in less than 30 days and with me being out of state didn’t have a local lender or inspector which she set me up with and were both excellent. The home needed a little work so I used Google to find several contractors to give estimates, Ms. Montas met these contractors to show them the scope of work and when several of the contractor’s bids were high she referred me to excellent low-cost alternatives. When the sellers' settlement attorneys were not providing closing documents in a timely manner she was relentless in following up, calling several times a day, and escalated the matter to management. She will always be more than a realtor to me as I consider her family. She is a professional through and through. Thank you, Ms Montas, for getting me the house I wanted at the price I wanted.
